Your plan price is set before you sign. Anything outside your plan, like new pages, IDX or bigger changes, is quoted in writing before any work starts.

Do I have to choose a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional. Every website needs hosting, and a care plan is the simplest way to cover it. If you'd prefer another arrangement, we'll agree on it in your written scope before work begins.
Who owns my website content, domain and leads?
You do, from day one. That's true whether or not you're on a care plan.
What counts as an update?
Your plan lists exactly what's covered before you sign. Anything bigger is quoted in writing first, so you always know the cost before work starts.
What's in the monthly report?
A short summary of how your site did that month: visits, inquiries and where they came from. It's included in Premium.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can talk to us about switching between Basic and Premium. Plan terms, including how to change or cancel, are in your agreement before you sign.
Is the $3,000 website included in a care plan?
