VallisIQ LLC (“VallisIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you interact with our website, forms, chat tools, communications, and services.
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, phone number, email address, company information, business needs, messages, and other information you choose to submit.
We may also collect certain technical information automatically, such as device information, browser type, IP address, referring pages, and website usage information. When you arrive from a Google ad, the link may include an advertising click identifier (a string of letters and numbers that Google assigns to that click). Our booking system records it with your visit and, if you book an appointment, with that booking, whether or not your browser accepts cookies.
We may use information we collect to respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective and current clients, provide and improve our services, schedule consultations, manage client relationships, operate our website and systems, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you provide your mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive text messages from VallisIQ LLC, we may send messages related to your inquiry, requested information, scheduling, follow-up, service communications, or promotional communications when applicable.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us deliver communications and operate our systems, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.
We may share information with service providers that assist with technology, communications, hosting, customer relationship management, payment processing, analytics, or other business operations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, security, users, or business.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may request that we update or correct certain personal information you have provided. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications or opt out of text messages using the instructions provided in those communications. You may also limit advertising measurement as described under “Advertising Measurement (Google Ads).”
Our website and services may use third-party platforms and service providers. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies.
On VallisIQ pages that use advertising measurement, we load Google’s advertising tag and use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn whether our ads lead to booked calls.
When you visit, the tag may set advertising cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, such as the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your IP address. If you arrived from a Google ad, the link carries a click identifier, which our booking system also stores with your visit and, if you book, with your booking.
When someone who arrived from a Google ad books an appointment, we send Google that click identifier, the date and time of the booking, a nominal value, and an internal reference code, using Google’s conversion upload tool. We send these only for bookings made while our Google ads are running. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into our forms for this purpose.
Google uses this to report which ads led to appointments so we can decide which ads to keep running. Google processes it under its own privacy policy and may associate it with your Google account if you are signed in to Google. How Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Some of our ads show a phone number that Google provides and forwards to us. When you call that number, Google logs the call’s start time and length, whether it was answered or missed, your area code and, for most calls longer than 15 seconds, your phone number, and shows this to us in our Google Ads account. We use it to count calls that came from our ads and to call back anyone we missed. We do not record these calls. If you call our regular number directly instead of the number in an ad, Google does not log the call.
Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser stops the Google tag from storing advertising cookies, but the tag can still send Google basic, cookieless information about the page view, and the click identifier in an ad link still reaches our booking system. Google’s Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) control whether Google personalizes the ads you see; they do not stop conversion measurement. If you do not want your booking reported to Google, tell us when you book or email us at the address below and we will leave it out of our upload. To keep a call out of Google’s call log, call our regular number rather than the number shown in an ad.
For visitors Google identifies as located in those regions, our Google tag starts in a “denied” setting. It does not store or read advertising cookies, but it still loads and sends Google basic, cookieless information about each page view, such as the time, your browser and device type, the page you came from, and the fact that consent was not given; your IP address is part of that request. Our booking system still records any click identifier in the link. We do not show a consent banner or ask these visitors for consent. Our ads are aimed only at the Boise, Idaho area, and if a booking contact tells us they are in one of these regions, we leave that booking out of what we send to Google. Google’s location detection is not perfect, so these are our practices, not a technical guarantee.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
